Very disappointed in my experience. This person came highly recommend by a friend and her work is prolly really good. This review is regarding her cus...tomer service. I scheduled an appt , later that day she contacted me telling me she had issues with her scheduling and asked me to reschedule. I instructed her I work night shift and very limited on availability. I needed this done for an event. We rescheduled for 8am. At 7:48 the next day she texts me saying she'd be 40 minutes late. It's extremely inconsiderate of my time. She may be a good lash tech but the customer service is lacking. Show more

This was my first time being seen, after showing up to an appt 3 weeks ago and no one was at the shop. Today I got a call from Hans 4 hours before my ...appt asking if I Could push my appt to Monday because she had wedding plans. I told her I couldn’t because I was relying on my lashes for the weekend . She said “ok” and stood quiet. So I asked “so Is my appt still set for 5PM” she says yes, and left it at that ! No see you later, no sorry for the inconvenience, no nothing ! I show up, I’m seen 8 minutes after my appt. No big deal. She points at the chair and tells me to sit down. No greeting, nothing. Didn’t even ask me what style I wanted ! I had to insist on showing her what I like, I showed her a picture she said “I don’t do that” . Okay no problem, what do you do? “Look at my IG”. I told her I didn’t have an account and she sighed when I asked her to show me hers . She was clearly bothered at the fact that I came to my appt , that I scheduled and she confirmed a week ago. Han didn’t clean my lashes, she literally spent 45 mins on a full set. I When she was done she quickly brushed through them. Didn’t even take a second to look at them or put any bond ! She rushed out of the room and waited in the hall as I sat in the room alone with a fan in my hand . Basically telling me to hurry up and leave ! When I walked out she she said “you good”. She was just absolutely rude, non personable, unprofessional, Inconsiderate, and rushed my whole set! I DO not recommend. Show more
