My experience was horrible from the beginning i just moved to Indy and start my job early Tuesday morning so i locked in an appt on friday for Monday ...9am which she said was normally her day off but she would take me, after that no communication and when there was i kept being confused and mixed up with a whole other person. I never got to fully discuss what i wanted and Kept being told that my hair purchase would be confirmed and i would be updated and then no response. Finally 9 hours before my appt. At 12am midnight i got a text saying she would confirm my hair purchase the morning of and that my hair appt would have to be pushed back late into the afternoon or moved to a different date because she didnt finish another clients hair the night before and was going to resume her hair during my locked in appt and knowing i start my new job early the next morning. All in all she was very respectful, her portfolio looks great. So i would say maybe she was taking on too many clients. Show more

First let me say, this woman has a beautiful soul. Some people might be self conscious about their hair entering a place they never been, thinking the... beautician will talk bad about them. Not her, she is so sweet and care about your hair. Now to the hair lol. She did an awesome job, and didn’t hurt me a bit. At first people told me to go to the Africans, but that pain I can’t do. With her, I didn’t feel a thing. I will be returning and recommending. Thank you again and again. My searching for a hair braider is over lol. Show more
