I did not like the fact that she was on the phone face timing her sister while she was doing my nails. She did my nails with gel even though I asked h...er to do them with acrylic. When I told her that I didn't want gel she said she had asked me before and that I had said yes which it's not true because she never asked. I told her that I had never done my nails with gel. Maybe if she had not been on the phone she would have understood me. Also, my nails feel lumpy, not smooth and one week after I already chipped two nails. I honestly did not l Iike the service. I felt that I was disrespected and treated rudely. It's a shame because I had been a client there for two years, but since my nail technician is gone I won't be going back. Show more
