I’m not throwing shade on anybody but I just want to give an honest review of my experience. When I walked through the door of the salon a stylist named Angie welcomed me and introduced herself. She informed me that Tabitha had not returned from the ...hair supply store yet. When Tabitha did arrive she didn’t immediately get out of her car due to being on her phone. When she finally got out of her car and walked into the salon she didn’t greet me nor introduce herself to me. Being that I had an appointment and was the only stranger there, she apparently knew that I was there for her. Or maybe Angie texted her to inform her that I had arrived. I also took note that Angie was instructing Tabitha on what color dyes to mix and what volumes to use. My hair color was a fail on first attempt. So Tabitha being advised by Angie had added some red dye to the mixture and reapplied it to my hair to get the desired color. This additional processing did cost me extra money and I did not even get the 3-5 minute conditioner process after such a drastic chemical process. I’ve attached a couple of pictures. The first picture is fives days after the hair coloring. The second picture is 24 days after the hair coloring and after two shampoos. Nonetheless, I have recommended this salon to others.
