She is very heavy handed, her work is sloppy! She gets an attitude when you tell her she's hurting your head because she braids extremely tight. She h...as a habit of yanking and jerking your head. She is overpriced. I asked for box braids and my hair looks a mess and it's very uneven all around. My hair hasn't been braided a week and the braids are coming loose! This is the worst $170 I've spent in all of 38 years of wearing braids!!!!! Then to add insult to injury, she was burning my real hair not the extentions

Ma'am Firstly I am sorry if you feel that my hand is heavy this is the first time I hear that,secondly I never ever gives my client attitude, it was like we did consultations when it was supposed to be hair appointment, thirdly I am not over priced i provide hair pluse product and burning the ends,it was supposed to be on your shoulder but I did braid pass your hair a little before burning, ma'am you use color 613 which I tucking your hairs no way that your hair will burn ma,I am sorry for the way you feel,I guess the price was the reason why you vent like this is not my fault things are expensive,and my clients hair is my identity i don't just do hair i put my mind and soul to it,any ways we are sorry.we hope to improve and do better .thanks.
