  The Deep Tissue/Sports Massage is my regular hour and a half session massage routine, mostly deep tissue techniques plus a variation of high energy, vibrating and deep massage strokes to increase blood flow to recovering muscles are used. Several rotations of massage techniques can be used on the same muscle group and it is common to use a full hour session on just that specific group. Cupping and/or Myofascial Release may also be included in your routine.

  Cupping has been quite popular since Michael Phelps showed cupping circle like “bruises” on his back during the past Olympic Games. Cupping is preformed using suctions cups that draw the skin up into the cups and away from the body which helps increase the fresh blood flow to that injured region. As stated, cupping is quite commonly used on Athletes to increase range of motion and decrease muscle pain. I place cupping into the category of Myofascial Release (MFR), which is done using slow, deep massage strokes with little to no lubricant. It is designed to warm up the strong connective tissue which lies underneath the epidermis and sometimes gets “stuck” due to atrophy, injury, bad posture or stress, thereby preventing ease of mobility. I also combine cupping and MFR together which means with the cups in place I gently move the cups over the body to simulate recovery over a larger area, this also cuts down on the suction cup marks that can be left on the body after treatment. The only general concerns with cupping is the tell-tale marks the suction cups leave on your body, I would not recommend this treatment for people that have thin skin and concerns with skin tears. Cupping has also been effective in helping lower blood pressure.

  Services for Men on given by Male Technician. Product is hydroquinone free. Each session lightens the area 2 to 3 shades at a time until it goes back to your own natural color. Maintenance sessions after to maintain. It’s a 3 part process than consist of a cleanser and activator, the bleaching agent and a aloe base neutralizer and lotion. The whole process takes less than 15 min and can be done right after waxing or when there is no hair down there. Safe to use on all regions of the body with few exceptions (eyelids, lips ect.). I also have three other systems that use hydroquinone and/or Kojoic acid as its main agent.

  The genital area has the highest density of pigment cells melanocytes. The denser the pigment, the darker the skin. The speed of the visual result is contingent on your melanin depth which you've inherited. Everyone lightens up at different speeds. But even after the first session, MOST patients experience younger, smoother, VISIBLE skin tone improvements. Depending on your melanin depth, you may need additional treatment. You can expect to lighten up to six shades with several treatments & home care routine (to speed up the result). Clients may book sessions one to two weeks apart to achieve optimal results.
