Hey, I’m sorry you had a bad experience. Your braids were done by my junior braider. I did offer to have you come back, and I personally would have redone your hair to make sure you were happy with the results. You’re right that your hair is very thick and bulky, and the gel she used likely wasn’t strong enough for your hair type. Even so, I wanted the opportunity to fix it. Unfortunately, you declined the redo that I offered. Again, I apologize for your experience. I always stand behind my work and do my best to make things right whenever a client isn’t satisfied.
