I have been to this nail tech before two times and I was actually very pleased with her work but today I had a completely different experience. I arri...ved to my 9:30 AM appointment on time. She already had someone sitting on the chair who she was still applying products to. She greets me does not tell me that she’s running behind, but I sit quietly for 10 minutes until I eventually asked her how long it would be because I was running on a tight schedule and she then responded with. “Don’t worry. It’s only been 10 minutes. I will be done in the next five minutes” That set me off because not only are you running late and you did not let me know or apologize. You are also not being mindful and considerate of my time. She said me and the pedicure seat and did not start working with me until 952. It took her 20 minutes to attempt to me without giving me an update or an apology. In the past, I had asked if she had anything available earlier than 930 because I like to be a very early appointment and I like to make sure that I’m the first client if possible so I don’t waste time waiting around and her answer was I don’t work before 930 but somehow on the day of my appointment she had someone. I am a very considerate person, but the fact that she rushed through the work and she did not apologize for being late really set me off. I will not be going back to her, especially because I feel like she did a rough job and my cuticles are messy.

That day, you told me you were in a hurry because of your trip, so I did my best to finish early to help you. In fact, your appointment was scheduled until 12:00 p.m., and you left around 11:30 a.m. I truly appreciate honest feedback when it’s shared directly, because it gives me the opportunity to address any concerns and improve the experience. I respect your opinion, and I wish you a wonderful trip and happy holidays.
