This place is a total disaster! I booked a 12 pm appointment on 02/11/24, and guess what? They didn't even have the services I wanted available. They ...casually suggested 1 pm, making me wait an entire extra hour. As if that's not bad enough, they had the audacity to keep my $25 deposit. What a rip-off! Avoid this spot if you value your time and money. It's a complete scam, and I'm convinced this place is falsely promoting what they can actually deliver. Stay away if you don't want to be misled and disappointed. Also leaving the screenshots when they said I was going to get refunded, and now they donโ€™t even answer the phone, WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!! Show more

Nos toco esperar hasta las 6 y 30 pm que otra de las chicas se desocupara para poder atenderla, cuando se supone que si tienen una app de cita es para cumplir con esos horarios! Perdรญ todo el dรญa allรญ solo por un sistema y manicure para mi hija.
