With my 11 year old, Langston asked what he wanted, they looked at pictures together, and he checked in with him mid way and at the end. My son was pa...rt of the process. Langston was professional, I saw him cleaning his blades a couple times, gloved up at certain parts, and shows he genuinely cares about the customer during the cut and after. Highly recommend regardless of age.
