About us

Currently Located In the beautiful Hudson Valley of New York at Beyond Beauty Salon 💝 Please read all booking policies 💝 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling/No Show policy. You can cancel or ...change your appointment online up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Booksy does not have the ability to refund deposits, you will need to contact Mindy directly 845-670-2240 to set up refund options . If you are within the 24 hours, your deposit is collected as the fee for not cancelling in the allotted amount of time given. If you call prior to the closing of our previous opened business day you may cancel and be refunded your deposit minus a $2 processing fee This policy is in place out of respect for technicians and clients. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot. Non-cancellations (or “NO-SHOWS”) as well as Same Day Cancellations will be charged 100% of the deposit booked. In the event you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting the salon, you will be unable to schedule future appointments online. However, you may be considered as a walk-in. Late Guests Policy We understand “life happens”. If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 10 minutes or more to your scheduled appointment, please call us! We do allow aPeriod” and you will still be seen by your tech. If you arrive past the 15 minute “Grace Period” you will lose your deposit and be put in line as a walk-in. If there are no techs available after your arrival you will be charged 100% of the deposit booked, and you will be marked as a “NO-SHOW”, you will be required to rebook with another deposit. We work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting every other guest scheduled that day. So communication is KEY.... I may also be behind so remember to call ahead please🥰 Emails/Texts from hotnailart@yahoo.com and Booksy As a courtesy, we make every effort to notify you of your appointment date and time. Our scheduling system will contact you to confirm your service prior to your appointment via text or email (please remember that this system of communication is dependent on you keeping your current information up to date on your profile). We confirm in advance as a courtesy because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. However, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times and inform us if your contact information has changed. Child Safety Policy💕 Children are NEVER permitted inside my nail Suite. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 10 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We love children, and we hope you understand that we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
