First off this shop saved my son's school pictures. we booked at our normal shop to show up and get turned away due to double booking where then I fou...nd mark's and made our appointment that evening and not only got in but also my sons cut was done perfectly. Mark took his time and made sure to cut it exactly how we wanted it done. The shop itself was very clean and very nicely decorated. His customer service skills are above 5 stars and that's including dealing with children like my son who doesn't sit still well but not once during the cut did Mark get frustrated like most barbers do when doing kids cuts but he instead just smiled and continued the cut. my son absolutely loved going, from the snacks & drinks, to the sonic game that's there to play (which parents I guarantee you will find yourself playing as well)... The shop has a very comfortable welcoming positive & friendly atmosphere, & all together is superb. we will be going back, my son actually asked we go now every couple weeks which normally he refuses cuts unless it's for school pictures. this place will definitely be our new forever barber. my sons cut was perfectly done. alot of barbers have trouble with my son's hair texture due to him being biracial with blonde curly hair but Mark stepped up to the challenge and Aced it 1000%. I highly recommend this shop to anyone adult or child, you will be happy you went. thanks again to mark!!! and we'll be back soon for Zaidyn touch up. thanks for making my son love haircuts again!!!! My experience was overall very good. Mark was a really nice guy who was a good time to talk with. He also gave me a great haircut
