Renee was kind as well intended. I started my appointment with concerns that my natural lashes point down and I wanted my lash extensions not to also point downward and away from my eye. I showed her a photo of what I was shooting for, a natural wisp...y cat eye with not as much volume as was pictured. We agreed on a classic cat eye because I didn’t want an overly dramatic look. I was pretty disappointed with the outcome. My extensions were very not visible from the front and I was getting ready to go on vacation and take pictures. I asked Renee if anything could be done to rectify, she responded with a classic set is what we agreed on and that is what I received. I showed her a previous photo of a classic set and she said it looked like a hybrid. I didn’t argue, the set was not unsatisfactory it simply wasn’t what I was looking for. Forward two weeks, I might have 10 lashes total left between both eyes, I need a whole new set.
