I went on a Sunday. The young lady was very nice but didn’t seem aware of my appointment or my deposit. She explained to another customer that she was... about to take that I had an appointment. I got nipped several times and the service was simply lacking. Unaware of my deposit she tried to charge me full price. After I explained her calculations were still wrong and under charged me. I gave her the right amount and tipped and left. I won’t be back. You shouldn’t leave someone with little to no experience to run your shop on an off day. She needs training. Lots of potential tho.
