Queen Codes Before booking any services, please view and read over all categories before booking any service. Please book all services that may apply, no services can be added the day. Only those being serviced are allowed. There are not extra guest or children during the duration of the visit. Please arrive promptly to visit. There is a 14 Min grace period. By the 15th Min your appointment will be cancelled. I can about your time and the client after you time so please be mindful. I recommend planning ahead for traffic, parking weather etc. Same day cancelations will be charged 50% of booked service. No CALL NO SHOWS Will BE CHARGED FULL PRICE. These options are NONE REFUNABLE and NON-NEGOTIABLE. If you do not see a service on the menu then that service is no longer being offered. Please call or text during BUSINESS HOURS ONLY. Please allow 24-48 hours to respond. If you need urgent assistance, please call salon phone. If Stylist needs to move your appointment up or make changes to your existing appointment and you accept the new changes, it is your obligation to arrive on time for your newly accepted appointment. Deposits are required to make an appointment, and all payments must be completed before leaving the salon.
