Booksy does not have ALL of the information that the 'main' webisite has. There are typos on the booking site. I booked an appointment for 4 AM and m...oved it to 6 AM because there was NO indication that there was an upcharge of $35 for the 'overnight fee'. True a 24 hour operation is very unique but the salon needs to staff folks that can commit and uphold the SLA (service level of agreement) and quality standards of the business. If your suppose to be at work at 6a you arrive at 5:45A. Excuses are like @$$ holes everyone has them and they ALL stink. Don't sign up for a shift you can not do. The 'my alarm did not go off is one of the oldest excuses' , Grant it no one is perfect and things happen. Time is the one thing that folks steal that can never be returned. Doctors' offices grant 5 mins, College professors grant 15 mins. The stylist being 40 minutes late impacted my whole schedule for the day. I ran 1 hour behind chasing the schedule to makeup the time the whole day. It is NOT the clients fault that the Stylist assigned to till 4 AM and overslept. When this was communicated I NEVER said that it was NOT an issue. I was at the shop at 5:45A clearly time is important to me. I booked the appoinment to have the least amount of impact on my schedule. If time wasn't important I would not have tied for a 4AM appointment. AGAIN of course I don't want to pay an upcharge. I don't know your quality of work yet! The Stylist arrived at the salon 40 minutes behind the scheduled time. AND then had to have setup time so play back the cameras she actually started 1 hour after the appointment time. It is NOT the clients fault that the stylist worked a 12 hour shift. OH I gave Grace - that is why she still received a tip. Hold yourself accountable by NOT letting YOUR team take on shifts that just can't be executed. If what matters to you is your brand then please uphold standards. Don't just talk the talk, walk it too!

STAY AWAY. This was my third and FINAL visit. I had a 4:30 PM appointment for a shoulder-length Miracle Knot takedown and two braids. I did not leave... until 11:30 PM. SEVEN HOURS. There is absolutely no reason this service should have taken that long. The takedown was painfully slow with no sense of urgency, and after four hours I seriously considered going home and finishing it myself. What made the experience even worse was the owner’s response when I complained. She is currently out of the country and responded to my complaint by sending me defensive voice notes instead of professionally addressing my concerns. I repeatedly asked her to stop sending me voice notes, and she continued sending them anyway. I requested a refund for the takedown portion because seven hours was completely unreasonable. Instead of acknowledging the issue, I felt like she was more concerned with defending her business and pointing to the paper survey they have clients fill out and sign while still sitting in the salon in front of staff. I’m in the service industry myself, and this is NOT how you handle a legitimate customer complaint. I paid for convenience and instead lost my entire evening and night. The owner’s lack of professionalism afterward made an already bad experience even worse. After three visits, I will absolutely never return. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
