This is my second time with her. She was right on time to the appointment in both instances. I was there before her. This would not ordinarily bother ...me, however both times she has not had the supplies set up. This has caused the process of filling my lashes to start 10-15 minutes into the appointment. But, she is sure to finish right on time not to get behind. This in turn is causing my lashes to filling my lashes to not be completely filled. However, i am still paying for the full hour of service. This time around i expressed that my lashes were uneven and her solution was to remove lashes from one eye…. Not to fill the other…. Because SHE was behind with another client waiting. I have been getting my lashes done for years and i am very underwhelmed by her customer service and integrity in her work. Show more
