Appointments & Deposits * A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. * Deposits are applied toward the final service total. * Hair extensions, custom color, specialty treatments, and special-order products must be paid for in advance. Rescheduling * Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. * Deposits may be transferred to a future appointment. * Clients may reschedule a maximum of three times. After the third reschedule, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to book. Cancellations * Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are not eligible for a refund or deposit transfer. * Same-day cancellations may be subject to additional cancellation fees. Late Arrivals * Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service modified, shortened, or rescheduled. * If rescheduling is necessary due to lateness, the deposit may be forfeited. No-Shows * No-shows forfeit all deposits. * Repeat no-shows may be required to prepay for future services or may be refused future bookings. Satisfaction Policy * If there is a concern regarding a service, clients must contact the salon within 48 hours of their appointment. * Adjustments will be considered on a case-by-case basis. * No refunds are issued for services rendered. Guests & Children * To maintain a relaxing experience for all guests, additional guests and children not receiving services are not permitted unless previously approved. Hair Preparation * Hair should arrive detangled unless a detangling service has been added to the appointment. * Excessive detangling, product buildup, or additional time required may result in additional charges. Mobile Services * Travel fees apply to all mobile appointments and are calculated based on distance and travel time. * Parking, valet, tolls, or venue fees are the responsibility of the client. Payment * Remaining balances are due at the completion of services. * Accepted payment methods will be listed at checkout and on Booksy. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
