Where should I begin. . . Well my initial appointment was cancelled due to. . Im not 100% sure as to why. Starr explained her phone was broken or lost as she called me 30-40 mins before our scheduled appointment time from an unknown number. She so...unded either exhausted, as if she partied the night before and maybe forgot about the appt. she said she hadn’t been back to shop yet since COVID yet she would be returning tomorrow, Sunday June 7th, and would have no issue completing the service Monday. She further stated she had no money to take a Uber or Lyft to the shop. She even sent me a new appt time thru booksy. Although I was livid as my appointment was confirmed 24 hours prior, I’d never used her service therefore I proceeded to RVM Twist as they also accept walk ins. Unfortunately everyone was busy. Therefore I awaited my new appointment. I arrived at the shop and she was not there and still had not been there since they reopened on Friday, 6/6/2020 per her co worker who was about to leave and was kind eneough go let me in. I then called her and what do you know, her phone number, the same one listed here is disconnected. I’m not sure why if it’s a list or broken phone. . . This girl took my deposit, hasn’t responded to a refund request, her own co workers can’t find her and neither can I. Luckily the girl who was there late, because I was pissed TF OFF, did my hair last night. And as of this morning her coworkers still have no idea how to reach her. Your great experiences below shouldn’t be overlooked but something has changed. Don’t book with this person. And yes I paid another person in full last night with NO discounts nor credit given from the deposit I PAID to Starr.

I booked an appointment with her for my graduation. I sent her a $25 deposit to secure my place. I called and texted her the day of my appointment. I waited 30 minutes. No response. To my surprise, she never even showed up. Very unprofessional....

I asked you multiple times how exactly did you want your hair and you just said it didn’t matter and it didn’t have to look exactly like the picture. I also asked you if you liked it and your response was yes . I asked this after the service. You are welcome to not come back for any services . No hard feelings . Have a wonderful night 🤸🏽‍♀️
