Kat is great! She’s very down to earth. Her shop is in a convenient location - ample parking and in the heart of downtown Merced. Her prices are fair.... She does a great job. I highly recommend her. I found her through Yelp! this past summer. She’s easy to talk to. She doesn’t rush you or your attempts to explain what you want done to your hair. lol Show more
