Venue Health and Safety Rules

  • Place to wash hands available

All clients must arrive with clean, fully detangled hair. A clean scalp is nonnegotiable, therefore, clients who arrive otherwise will be turned away. Regarding tardiness, I get it… things happen! However, if I have not received any communication within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be cancelled. Appointments cannot begin more than 30 minutes after the scheduled start time.
