This was my first time I've been to this shop. I booked for a silk press. My experience was a rather pleasant one. The atmosphere was peaceful. My sty...list wasn't rough on my hair and it turned out great! I will definitely be making another visit 😁✨

The young lady who did my braids snapped! I liked em a lot. But I had appointment scheduled for 1:30 wasn’t actually in a chair until 2:20. Also, the ...pricing was confusing. I was told it would be $70 but after everything it was double the price which wasn’t an issue to me until I spoke with multiple people & how they liked it, inquiring wondering how much I was charged. Told them $135 & they mentioned how I was overcharged even after getting a wash & detangle.

First let me say thank you for taking the time out to leave a review. All reviews are very important to us as we strive to be the best natural hair salon there is. Secondly I am sincerely sorry that you had such a negative first experience with us. My website clearly stated that my prices are the starting point for all my services which i also explain to my clients after they identify the style they are hoping to get. As a natural hair salon the products that we use are of the best quantity which cost alot to maintain our standard hence we totally understand that not everyone is able to afford our quality services in this economy. The service which you originally booked was a cornrow which price starts at $75 up but when you showed us the picture you showed us a stitch braid style which cost $100 up. You also added a shampoo to the service which was an additional $25. I wish you had said something before the service, so we could choose something more in your budget. Finally i am sincerely sorry that you had to wait a few minutes as we were running behind on finishing up the client before you. Which you clearly stated was ok by you at the moment. Once again thanks for making it Natural Bounty Hair care we will continue to work hard in satisfying our customers.
