Had a terrible first and last experience — I will not be returning. I'm not sure what was happening but I do not believe the lady doing my hair was th...e person I booked with - so be prepared to be assigned someone random. She was combing through my hair with a comb with broken teeth (see photo) and was quite literally ripping my hair out of my head. She was extremely rough. She clearly did not want to be braiding my hair. She barely spoke to me. The parting and braids are okay but for the price of 5% of my hair being yanked out it's not worth it at all. I left so upset I cried to my husband in the car. Do not come here if you value to health of your hair and you don't want to feel like you're being assaulted while trying to do something that's supposed to make you feel beautiful and happy at the end.
