That first try at an appointment went all sorts of sideways, but Joejo has done everything she can to fix it and to make amends, from refunding my mon...ey to offering me a free massage to make amends to working with Booksy to find out why they gave such wrong address coordinates, coordinates that were a mile or two off from her actual studio location. She’s proven to me that she has a great deal of integrity and a solid work ethic, something that goes a long way for me, especially in a world where people are just letting these virtues slide off to the wayside. She’s also really talented when it comes to massage; nuts, she barely started on me and I was off snoozing away. Kudos! Thanks again, Joejo; I’m definitely looking forward to another, hopefully longer appointment with you.

Never got to meet the lady. When I set up the appointment, she didn't send me an address -- she sent me coordinates, which I've never worked with be...fore. Thought I had it figured out, but she doesn't have an office at that location, if she even has an office. Tried a nearby building; again, no luck. Called her, but her voicemail box is full; never heard back. Texted but no reply. Booksy was no help in tracking her down or getting my money back. Filed a complaint with my credit card; crossing my fingers they'll help me get my deposit back and block any further transactions. But hey, did I mention that she (or Booksy) sent me an email thanking me for going to my appointment? Until my money's returned, I will not set up any more appointments through Booksy.
