Everything went well :) some of the boho pieces are falling out but that has nothing to do with the stylist, I definitely need to order better hair ne...xt time.

Booked for an in home appointment for a sew in with braids. Stylist arrived with a broken needle and I spent $40 to get one delivered. She states it's... going to take too long and has to leave for another appointment at 3PM at 11:30AM. She spends a great deal of time on the phone trying to figure out what to do. Ultimately, decides to leave at 12:45 when their salon is 50 minutes away. She does offer to come back or do a different style. Those options did not work for me. All she was able to complete was the braid down and charged me $140 for it. I did not feel that was fair so I did not tip when I always give 25% or more. I do not think it was right that she double booked herself for an in home appointment. In my opinion, she could have completed the style if she set herself up better and learned some problem solving skills.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry your appointment didn’t go as planned. There were delays at the beginning of the appointment, followed by an unexpected issue with a newly purchased tool. I did try to accommodate the remaining time by offering an alternative style that could be completed sooner, and when that option didn’t work for you, I offered to reschedule so I could still provide the service properly rather than rush your hair. I understand the inconvenience and have since made sure backup equipment is available to prevent a similar situation in the future. I appreciate your feedback and wish you the best.
