I had an incredible class at Tina’s studio today! I haven’t done Pilates in so long but from the moment I walked in I felt so at ease (her space is cl...ean, welcoming & smells amazing!!). I knew I was in for a challenging workout but it actually felt great to push myself! Tina helped me realize that my posture & form needed some tlc and she took her time to help me. I didn’t feel left out in class like I have in the past! Tina is a very personable and friendly instructor! I feel so motivated to work on my posture and building strength again with Pilates!! Thank you so much 10/10!!!
