I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Sunset Massage! Chelina is incredibly knowledgeable and truly takes the time to explain what your muscles ...may be doing, why you may be experiencing certain tension or discomfort, and what you can do at home to help strengthen and relax your muscles. The session was calming, informative, and left me feeling much more in tune with my body. I know I’ll need continued sessions to address some issues from past accidents, but I feel very confident having Chelina as my therapist. I’m already looking forward to continuing my sessions and working toward greater relief and improvement!
