After seeing multiple ads for the robotic massage, I finally decided to check out Massage Envy’s and it was 100% worth it! I did the 30-minute full-b...ody session and loved that I could just be in my own little world, choose the music and session, and set my own vibe. The room was clean, cozy, and inviting, which made the experience feel peaceful. The massage itself felt amazing. I was able to customize the pressure and the areas the massager worked on. I left feeling refreshed and like I had gotten a proper reset. Also have to give a shout-out to the staff. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Such a great option if you want a massage experience with a little more privacy and control over the atmosphere. Definitely coming back.

I had such a great experience at Massage Envy Midtown West! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely focused ...on making sure I had a great visit. The location is extremely clean, relaxing, and well maintained. What really impressed me was the variety of wellness options available. In addition to traditional massage and skincare, they offer innovative services like Aescape robotic massage and full-body red light therapy. The team took the time to explain everything and made the entire experience easy and comfortable. You can tell the staff truly cares about their clients and takes pride in what they do. It’s rare to find a place that combines great customer service, a relaxing atmosphere, and so many different wellness and recovery options all in one location. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already looking forward to my next visit. I highly recommend Massage Envy Midtown West to anyone looking for massage, recovery, skincare, or just some much-needed self-care in NYC. Definitely a 5-star experience!
