Similar to the most recent comment, I’ve been going to Kris for a minute he’s a great individual and his cuts never disappoint but his professionalism... is very poor. So much to the point where I always have to plan ahead in the case that he cancels or reschedules the appointment last minute. I always try to book early in the morning so I can avoid being around other people as I have social anxiety but there’s been countless times where I would wait outside the shop sometimes 2 hrs for him to show up especially when he was on Adam st. the pass year or two have been confusing because of him moving around with where he cuts and it can be annoying trying to get in contact to make sure you’re going to the right location. Recently I had a trip where I had to book for a cut the day of my flight because that was the only thing that worked for my schedule. The day of I pull up to the address listed on Booksy and when I had asked the individuals there if Kris was working they looked at me as if I was crazy and said they don’t know who that is. I attempted to call his number but it said it was no longer in service and when I called the number listed on Booksy no answer/response. Tried the location that I previously went to for him and they proceeded to say they haven’t heard from him in months. So I contacted him on instagram where he said he wasn’t aware of any bookings that day and said he would provide a refund or plan a day to reschedule but when I had asked for a refund he stopped responding to my messages. That was on the 30th of last month and I still haven’t received a refund from him. Definitely my last straw and won’t be giving him business again. Maybe if he gets an assistant things would be different but till then definitely be mindful of what others are saying before booking.

Appreciate you acknowledging the quality of my cuts. I’ll own that scheduling and communication weren’t always perfect, especially during location transitions, that’s been tightened up. Any refund issues are always honored, and I’m focused on making the overall experience as consistent as the haircut. Respect the feedback

I’m not tryna be that guy to leave a bad review cause he will get you right but stick to your barber, 85% of the stuff in the description will not com...e with the cut even though you’re still paying for it. Dude cancelled on me 10 minutes before my appointment (not his first doing this either) WHILE I WAS ALREADY AT HIS SHOP that I booked 2-3 days in advance. Then proceeded to take over a week to put in my refund after contacting him multiple times with no response.👎🏽 the amount of professionalism you get for the price you pay is Diabolical. Save yourself the time and headache just go across the street

Apologies for the inconvenience last-minute cancellations aren’t something I take lightly. That said, all services are clearly listed and optional when booking. Refunds are always processed, though timing can vary depending on the bank. I take pride in my work and consistency, and I’m continuing to improve communication and scheduling.
