I booked an appointment online and arrived about 5 minutes early. I waited for over an hour and left before I even got a haircut. What is the point of... booking an appointment if you still have to wait so long? Apparently I can't go lower than one star. Could probably rate higher if I had actually stayed another hour or two to make it for my "appointment" but I didn't have another hour or two to waste. Show more
