To Ms. Zakiya Coble, I've been cutting your son Julian's hair for more than 7 years on and off and always received great compliments about his service from u and your mom. My tools are sanitized and cleaned after every service and Julian DID NOT get a ringworm because of unsanitized tools from me, I noticed a "penny sized" scab on back left side of his neck area which i didn't think was a ringworm as i was getting ready to drape him up, so if im telling u EXACTLY where it was located, and i haven't seen u guys after the service, that means that it was on him PRIOR to entering the barbershop. His last haircut service with me was on JUNE 15th 2025 where u left a 5 star review for that service. On this day of JULY 19TH, you sent him into the barbershop with no haircut instructions on how you wanted his hair cut as u sat in your car. Im assuming that u wanted it the same way as i did it a little over a month ago. As I'm 85% completed with his haircut, u walk into the shop and say that u wanted it all cut off. As the professional i am, i did exactly what u asked, finished the haircut, showed Julian, yourself and grandfather his hair and all 3 loved it especially Julian. Nothing was said on your behalh about a unsatisfied service from 2:00pm where u left the shop and saw the product before you left all the way until the following day where you now unsatisfied. There was over 20 hours for you to expess your dissatisfaction and you never did directly with me in person/phone.
