Cam is very knowledgeable in what he does. He takes his time to help you figure out your goals. Once that is done, he gears your workout towards you...r goals. He is also very educated in diet and nutrition. Having started with Cam after a major surgery, I was able to bounce back and hit a few personal goals. Since then, I have and continue to make new goals and we work towards them. I highly recommend Cam for your training needs. Show more
