Class Act! Stylists are friendly and professional. They are ALWAYS taking classes to further their skills. Sandra won me over (many) years ago when ...I received a time warp haircut from the 70’s from someone else (not the style I was going for!) and she was able to salvage it. Later on, a modern stylist turned my hair orange when I thought he was just covering the stray grays and she knew the science underneath it and came to my rescue yet again. My young son has Down syndrome which can lead to extreme fear of getting his hair cut, and Sandra sweetly soldiered through the first cuts with patience and compassion and won him over when he was still very young. He happily hops in her chair now. No more tears!!! Lastly, Sandra has time and again noticed something that might help me with some of my challenges (my nails) - and is always on the lookout for solutions. These ladies are great with children, and I love that their prices are fair. They just started a rewards program that turns into actual cash off your services when you hit a certain spend, which they keep track of electronically, too. Melissa did our family a favor when she started this shop. It’s a gem!
