To reschedule or cancel, please contact me at least 2 HOURS PRIOR your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a LATE CANCELLATION fee of 100% of the scheduled service.
Lastly, I have a 15 minute late grace period. If a client is more than 15 min late WITHOUT WARNING, a no show fee will be charged. Respect my time as I respect yours!
