Wow! I've been working out with Cliff since the first of the year, and it has truly been a life changing experience.  His passion for life and health..., along with his smile is infectious, and he really drives you to make a lifestyle change that works best for YOU. I've found him to be extremely knowledgeable and passionate in his work, but more importantly he is very genuine and truly cares about his clients who also become his friends. I love the group sessions and the modified workouts. Cliff is motivating, positive and understanding, and I look forward to every session. Emergencies and schedule changes do come up and I appreciate his flexibility and willingness to change my appointments as needed. Although he has never cancelled on me, I would also give him the same respect and know that he would reschedule in a timely manner. I am very happy with my results and grateful to be able to work with Coach Cliff. I highly recommend him! Show more
