EM’S LUXURY Hair STUDIO Luxury K-Tips & Hair Extensions Professional Extension Services for All Hair Textures Thank you for choosing Em’s Luxury Hair Studio. Please review these policies before booking. CONSULTATIONS A consultation is required for all new extension clients. We will assess your hair, discuss your goals, and match your color and texture. Your hair’s health is always our priority. DEPOSITS & BOOKING A non-refundable deposit is required to book. Your appointment is confirmed once the deposit is received. The deposit applies to your service balance. Your remaining balance is due on the appointment date. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may result in losing your deposit. A new deposit may be required to rebook. Repeated cancellations may require full payment upfront. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time and prepared. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals over 15 minutes late may require a rescheduled service. The deposit may be forfeited if you must reschedule. NO-SHOWS Missing your appointment without notice is a no-show. No-shows forfeit their deposit and may require an additional fee to rebook. APPOINTMENT PREPARATION Arrive with clean, dry, detangled hair. Please avoid using relaxers or color the night before your appointment. Avoid heavy oils, grease, and product buildup. Extra preparation may result in an additional fee or rescheduling. INSTALLATION & RESULTS Each installation is customized to your hair and desired look. Reference photos are welcome, but exact results are not guaranteed. AFTERCARE Proper aftercare helps protect your extensions and natural hair. Follow all aftercare instructions provided. Improper care may affect the extensions’ condition and longevity. K-TIP MAINTENANCE & REMOVAL Follow the recommended maintenance and removal schedule. Never pull, cut, melt, or remove K-Tips at home. The studio is not responsible for damage caused by improper care or outside services. ADJUSTMENT PERIOD Contact us within 24 hours if you have an installation concern. Photos may be requested for review. Adjustments do not cover improper care, outside services, accidents, or normal wear. REFUNDS All services are final- A no-refund policy is in effect. CHILDREN & GUESTS No extra guest or children allow unless approved in advance. PHOTOS & SOCIAL MEDIA Photos or videos may be requested for our portfolio. Permission is required before using identifiable images for marketing. You may decline without affecting your service. CLIENT SAFETY Please disclose allergies, scalp concerns, hair loss, breakage, or recent chemical services. We may postpone, modify, or decline a service if your hair or scalp may be at risk.
