Well i arrived early because my last appt i was late due to looking for parking. I rang the doorbell once as stated and no answer. Its an apartment bu...ilding so someone coming in let me in. I knocked on the door i was ignored. If its a business open up and say come in and have a seat. Businesses have waiting rooms. Being early is on time. So i left. I guess ill take the loss of my money. But gypsi nails and brows poor professionalism. Will never book with them again. Show more

We were here for you ON TIME. What would be unprofessional is interrupting a current valued customer's appt for someone who is 20+ min early. I appreciate you coming "on-time" & would normally let you in to our waiting area...naturally, if i were able....however, i was in the middle of a MASSAGE & i will NOT interrupt another persons valued time for someone who decided to arrive outside of their scheduled time. I was ready for you at 2:15PM SHARP, as I AM SUPPOSED TO BE. I walked my client downstairs to greet you precisely at that time & you already left, once again PRIOR to our scheduled time. I also texted you precisely at 2:16PM to notify tou we were ready for you. Nothing more we can do. Our worst reviews come from those who never make it in & we agree, that really does SUCK. * Take Care! ❤💅👣💅❤ & good luck -Gypsi's
