Unprofessional, unreliable!!! Don’t waist your time with this guy. After trying to contact Jefferson Family Message for three days Paul Jefferson fina...lly answered my call, he also added me to he is schedule for Sunday May 12 at 1pm. I have received email from this place confirming my appointment early this morning. I left home at 12pm so I won’t be late for my appointment after arriving at their office at 12:45pm I received a text message from Paul saying “Vic, my mom came down to surprise me for mothers day. Can we reschedule???” I’m already at your office and you asking me to reschedule... Well I tried calling him no answer I texted back and asked he is availability no answer. After 45 min I get his text message saying, “I'm in sessions throughout the day” and saying that he is available next week. I understand it’s Mother’s Day and if you would call me and handle everything professional, I probably would be fine with it. But this guy has no respect for he is clients. Finally, I’m getting his last message saying “Surprise visit from my mom. Def worth it! Sorry”. I NEVER WILL USE JEFFERSON FAMILY MASSAGE AND WELLNESS AND WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS NOT TO EITHER!!!
