Updated 10/14/21 shop atmosphere here has went down tremendously from last review. This one takes the cake and why I’ll never return to this filthy es...tablishment. Where you can find stains on chair from previous use. And the flat face woman Vivan that doesn’t wear a 😷. I went in Friday to get my nails done on Friday night I noticed a crack in one of nails by Monday 5 of my nails had broken off I phoned the shop and let the shop owner Sunny know he says no problem come in we fix for you I requested Bella the young lady I got my service from and he said come in @5pm she also text me and assured me she would fix for no pay I arrive and Bella has just started doing another woman’s service which was strange since I requested her Flat face Vivan approach’s me and ask can she fix for me sunny didn’t even speak to me today which was also weird seeing ass he is loud mouth always trying make conversation I get my nails done wash my hands as I go to leave I noticed Vivan headed to pay station so I asked her did I owe her anything because sunny said they would fix for me she says yes they’ll charge me half off $35 for my trouble I lose it and confront sunny at first he wouldn’t say anything then he says I said I had only one broken nail over the phone even through I have proof I said 5 over the phone and text message after telling him and all the customers in shop that I had just paid $84 plus additional $10tip on Friday and I wasn’t paying additional $35 on Monday nails because 5/10 nails had broken he rudely tells me to go and never come back as if I was stealing I assured him I would leave review of how I was treated after coming here for past two to three years spending my hard earned money I would avoid this garbage shop it’s constant women coming back comparing their paint came off after 2/3 days or nails broken when they got gel/dip they use cheap products and don’t even serve wine anymore but they serve water and you have option to wear your mask even through its mandate in this area Show more
