Bangsnbrows is the place to go if you want to look A 1 okurrrr. First and for most let me say that Naiesha it was a pleasure meeting you. She is just ...a breath of fresh air. Very nice and friendly. She made me feel like we knew each other for years. So let me tell you , this girl is super talented my hair looks so damn good. The texture of the hair is amazing, super soft and just gorgeous. I like that she took her time and basically sculpted the hair to my head. It fits perfectly not to tight and not too loose. The braid up is just seamless . If your looking for a good stylist , naiesha is it. Thank again for having me cause this full lace wig is laid honey . Definitely will be hitting her up again. Show more

I got a 22” loose wave frontal wig and the hair and curl pattern are poppin’. Before making an appointment I had called and spoke with her assistant w...ho was very nice, helpful and informative, which was a plus. I arrived on time and she was ready to get started with my hair. She braided my hair back neatly, quickly and secured the lace with no problem. My install was flat, I mean like no humps, bumps or anything, flat! It doesn’t even feel like I’m wearing a wig at all. It’s light, but it’s full at the same time. I would say this wig is perfect for the summer, very versatile. She asked me multiple times if I liked my hair, just to make sure I would walk out of there a satisfied customer– which I was. I got my hair done on Friday 7/20, it’s been 3 days and the hair is not tangling at all. You can run your hands through this hair without any problems. Hardly any shedding as well. I’ve already straightened the hair, it gets bone straight and it also reverts right back to its natural loose wave pattern as soon as you add water to it. My lace is still flat as well, it’s not coming up which I’m happy about. So far I would give time this hair a 10/10 and I would give her customer service a 10/10 as well. Also, you pay for what you get.. meaning that it’s worth the money spent. I’ve been getting soo many compliments and questions about my hair. I would definitely recommend people to her, she’s great! I had an okay experience however the person who emailed me wasn’t clear on what it was that I should get but I won’t blame it on her solely because I ...wasn’t clear either but as far as the home it’s clean and I was comfortable idk much about weaves but this is very tight I have a massive headache and I understand the late fee policy but that $100 is too much and I came from a whole other state so me personally I would have tried to be understanding but it’s fine everyone isn’t like me so I get it overall I had a decent experience but with this being my first weave ever I rate it a 4 out of 10 lol I’ll just stick to my natural hair from now on the work was okay but it’s just nothing I’m 100% happy with and the back track is coming out today is the 21st of July and I got it done on the 17th of July smh so I’ll probably take it out within the next week Show more

Why aren’t you calling to come in instead ? Not once have you given us a call , you also haven’t said anything when you were here you said you liked it .. Also Your appointment was at 12:30 pm you arrived at 1:30 pm so that’s why you paid a late fee of $75 along with your remaining balance of $35 from from your original appointment! I have clients come from Jersey all the time and their on time ..

My hair is laid and slayed! She was so nice, and listened to all concerns (no matter how nitpicky they were) in order to get the result that you want.... She definitely really cares about her customers and business alike, which is great to know if you're a new customer from out of state. Plus the MELTDOWN is amazing!!!! This was my second time going to Bangsnbrows and each time I walked out looking and feeling amazing. My 3 bigs things when I have to go to a beauty sa...lon are: 1. comfort/hospitality 2. timeliness 3. final product -The stylist is professional, sweet, and amazing at what she does. I can be anti-social but she always includes me in discussion and makes me feel welcomed. -My appointments start on time and end in a reasonable time frame (she takes her time to make sure everyone in the chair is happy and everyone waiting is getting started.) -The final product is amazing. my hair looks like its growing from my scalp and all of that!!!! I cannot make this up, she did her thing both times! Show more

She is very nice with a clean workspace and I liked my hair, however I’ve never had a closure that required glue. Turns out my skin doesn’t like glue..., so I won’t be able to keep this on long. Also the brown cap used has moved back under my closure. It was just a different method than I’m used to, but she’s good and I’d recommend her. Show more

I got my hair done about 2 weeks ago and absolutely love it, I'm always getting compliments on how good my hair looks when i'm out. I had a great ex...perience at BangsnBrows. Naiesha and the young lady who assisted her were very nice (their actually hilarious) , made me feel very comfortable answered any questions or concerns I had about my hair or the style I was getting and also explained what she was doing and why. This is probably the most natural looking closure install I have ever received and I will definitely be going back. Show more

Went to get a frontal sew in and it was done terribly. She did not put a net or protective cap to protect my hair with the sew in, and my frontal star...ted coming off the next day. It hasn't even been a month and my tracks are coming out. I will NEVER go back to her or recommend someone so they won't have this horrible experience. She was not able to glue my frontal down the right way and tried to hide the fact that she messed up by telling me to style my hair on the right side (the side where she messed up) half of the netting for the frontal was left on the front of my head and I had no choice but to cut it myself. Honestly I thought she was a good stylist because I saw that she did the mua Aaliyah Jay's hair but I was completely disappointed with my experience and end result Show more
