Lovely experience! I booked a same-day appointment with Nichole (I was going on vacation the following day) and it exceeded my expectations. I was ini...tially set on getting balayage but knew that my overgrown highlights, from a previous stylist, may make the process difficult. Before my appointment, Nichole contacted me in order to better understand my head of hair and prep for my appointment. After exchanging a few texts back and forth about what my hair has previously gone through (box dye blacks and reds) and providing a brief video of my hair, we decided that a partial foil highlight would bring about the best result (my ultimate goal is to work myself up to blonde). Upon arrival, I couldn’t help but notice how beautiful their salon is! I found myself right at home and eager to get started. Nichole delivered more than I could have ever hoped for. Conversation flowed effortlessly and my hair came out absolutely beautiful. She spent 4 hours with me on a same-day appointment and seemed just as delighted as myself with the final result. Needless to say, I’m officially ready for vacation! Thank you, Nichole ! ❤️
