Haircut + Beard

Terrible service. I made an appointment for 5:45pm. I received a confirmation a few minutes later. Later that day, I arrive at the barbershop. He was ...not there. I called him to find out where he was. He tells me that he was in Atlanta at a hair show. If that was the case, why didn't he block out all appointments for that day so that no one could book it?
