**Stole $5k and won’t pick up calls or text** Long story short, I hired Luis Carrillo that owns Carrillos Landscaping on Sept 27th, 2022 for an drain...age irrigation project, sprinkler main replacement, concrete removal and newly poured concrete for $10k. I accepted the bid and Luis shows up Sept 28th and starts trenching, it was late in the afternoon so he stopped and said he would be back the following day to continue. During the initial trenching sprinkler lines were broken, but Luis assured they would be fixed when he came back. Luis asked for half the money $5k upfront for supplies and labor and would like the other $5k on completion. I had no issue with that since I had used Carrillo’s (Luis’s business) in the past so I wasn’t concerned. Unfortunately Luis has not kept his commitment and has stolen my $5k. He won’t return calls or text messages and refuses to return my money. It’s sad he has no backbone, no integrity and shouldnt be allowed to carry a contract Or license or serve the local community. Don’t get burnt like I did. He is a thief and the quality or work is garbage. Show more
