When I showed up to the barbershop, the barber appeared puzzled and had no idea what I was talking about in regards to the appointment I had made. Cle...arly he was marked as available on the app but was not using it for the purposes of booking his appointment. This was a complete waste of time. I think the app should do a better job with making sure the barbers are actively using the application and I are actually available. Show more
