Best trainer in the WORLD!! I get the best workout training with Jose. He’s always changing up the exercises so your body doesn’t get used to the sam...e routine. He’s with you every rep of every set and pushing you past your limits. I’ve been with Jose for 2 years now. Just look at my before and after pic. That says it all!
