Karine Barthelemy how do you manage to have clients book an appointment with you and YOU not show up? How are you even a business owner ? I confirmed ...an appointment with you on a specific day & time...confirmed with you almost 3 weeks ago just so this shit won’t happen. Got a confirmation through BOOKSY yesterday that my appointment was confirmed and then when I get to the shop at 4:55 pm the gates closed, no ones there. Called you like 30 times, you sent me to voicemail , messaged you on Facebook , you read it ..was Active and don’t respond. You couldn’t say let’s reschedule, couldn’t apologize and say u couldn’t make it or that you might’ve forgot? And the fact I been going to you for Years, always tip , always refer people to go to you, And this is how you treat your clients?! Mad unprofessional and I will never book another appointment with you again after Today. #BadForBusiness Show more

Pros - my hair came out really good Cons - she was 30mins late. Emailed me 5mins before when i was there early and on time. The shop was closed. My h...air was already washed all she needed was to retwist and style. Tho I am a new customer I automatically assumed she would lower the price for me because my hair had been washed. I still had to pay the $75. Seriously $75 for a retwist and style. Unbelievable. Never again. Show more
