Protein Protein Permanent Color Trim(less than inch)

I had the worst experience EVER in what was supposed to be a business of professionals hair stylists. I was referred by a friend, who was later very u...pset after seeing how poorly my hair was done. Dani sent me on my Christmas vacation, out of State with my hair looking as if an unlicensed 15 y/o student had done it. Please do not use Dani as your styles. Ive been natural for over 18 months, and expressed that i wanted a stylist who focused on a healthy head of hair and scalp. I contacted her before my trip to see if i could stop by her shop so that she could touch it up. She waited over a week to reply, saying she didn't get my message, and then wanted me to come in for my follow up appt. Because i initially wanted a hair treatment and color, i accepted. My first visit, i gave Dani $152 plus a $5 tip. This 2nd visit she charged me $92 for a shampoo, color, and cut and style. SHE SCREWED ALL OF THEM UP! I knew it was bad, but didn't know how bad until i was in the proper lighting the next day. I Was So Embarrassed. Ibhadbtobgo to church with burgundy hair dye ALLBOVER MY HAIR LINE, NECK, EARS, FOREHEAD! Dani began to cut my hair by just gathering hands full and not measuring the cuts; i stopped that! She washes my hair while it was tangled, then grabbed hands full and tugged and jerked on it for about an hour, pulling hands full. I toldbherbthat it was hurting me and breaking my hair. She accused me of being tender-headed. I'm not. Then she told me that " i can do it myself." The next business day, after my surgery, when i informed her of my disappointment, and why, she pretended not to understand, got defensive, and told me all i had to do was wash my hair a couple of times and the dye would come off. How? After expresaing all of my complaints, she told me to come by her shop, and she return $15. Really?! $15 I paid her almoat $300 for about $60 worth of crap that lead to a sore scalp, broken/loss off hair, tracks showing all through my sew-in, and discolored skin all around my face and neck areas. She applied it to the sides of my face and neck, and forehead. I thought she was applying a protectant to prevent my skin from discoloring. I've never known anyone so incompetent, mistreat their client, and not offer compensation of some sort to build a rapport while building their clientele. When i went by her shop, Monday after my surgery, she played dumb, and never mentioned the $15 she told me to come and get. The uploaded photo shows how Dani sent me away. My doctor took this photo to show mebthe extent of the dye all over my skin and down my neck; even areas where she'd pulled my hair out. I'm through! I will Warn people not to go near that address.
