Made an appointment on Booksy as it says to do on his IG. My husband took my son to the great mall only to find the shop closed. Unacceptable. Update ...your availability on the app, post a message on IG. But to tell people to book appts 24/7 on the app and then not show up is very unprofessional. I finally got a text back saying I apologize I will not be in today. That’s fine but as a professional you should update your availability and not have people waste their time.
