Shah is my guy!!! He's been cutting my hair for about 3 years now and I have NEVER had a bad cut. It's perfect every time! I will NOT go to anyone els...e. Not only is he an amazing barber, he's an just an all around amazing person! Every time I go we have we have great conversation. I always leave with a huge smile on my face, not only because I just got another perfect fresh cut, but I also feel like I just had an amazing visit with a great friend! Show more

I love to support black business however I cannot in good conscience leave a good review. Before arriving we called to verify Booksy appointments due ...to it being NYE. We were advised that appointment times were accurate so we proceeded to book online for 2pm and then arrived about 5 minutes early. When we arrived, the barber had someone in the chair, no problem. However 15 minutes in, he was still in the chair and instead of cutting hair he was standing and talking to the client, leant over reviewing this iPad which proceeded to take place for the next 35 minutes. We were not addressed, there was no work being done, instead constant chitter chatter about who knows what. We ended up having to switch to another barber to cut my sons hair as our appointment was now well overdue and still left unaddressed. Unfortunately, this barber used a razor too sharp and he has cuts all over. Nonetheless, this was the second time we had a bad experience with this first particular barber. The first time we ever booked, he did not even show up to open the shop on time. We were contacting without answer for at least 10-15 minutes. Maybe more. If you want clients to keep coming, you should provide good customer service. We will never be booking again. I wish people took their jobs more serious. Show more
