Two braids with or without mini

Made us reschedule which we had no problem with. Next day comes we drive 30 minutes for her to not answer the phone or text back we waited for an hour..., eventually left and didnt even get a text back telling us sorry, like if you had something to do or if you didnt want to braid our hair just let us know instead of having us wait, i was really dissapointe because she looks like she does good work but very unprofessional on her end.
